Pavlova
– bA cake named after the ballet dancer Anna Pavlova. While on tour in Australia in 1926, the chef at a Wellington hotel made it especially for her. Its ingredients are ingeniously simple, but the result is as beautiful as a ballet dance. Airy, crispy and creamy. It is traditionally decorated with summer berries – strawberries and blueberries.
